• Being a teenager is getting more and more difficult as time goes on. With higher expectations in school, social media at your finger tips, and feeling the pressure to be everything, it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

I specialize in working with teens as they navigate anxiety, depression, self-harm, school based issues, issues at home, eating disorders, life changes and transitions, and more. Living in unprecedented times calls for new ways of thinking and coping. I would love the opportunity to work with you or your teen as your family adapts to these changes.

  • I specialize in providing therapy for neurodivergent individuals (primarily working with ADHD, Autism, and OCD). I believe that because a neurodivergent brain works and develops differently, we should take an approach that is tailored to your brain. I offering a supportive space to address challenges, embrace strengths, and foster self-acceptance.

Sessions include time to practice executive functioning skills like attention regulation, social communication, and emotional resilience. My goal is to empower clients to thrive in school, work, and relationships by building confidence and finding balance.

  • We’ve all been there before– your boss is making work hard, you’re feeling “off”, you’re in the middle of a life transition, or you just feel like there is something more for you. I work with individuals as they navigate life-long mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more.

I also work with those in the midst of transition or who are wanting to invest in themselves in a new way. No matter what struggle you’re facing, you don’t have to go it alone. I take a goal oriented approach in order to best meet your needs.
