EMBRACING NEUTRAL

Struggling with body image? You’re not alone. In fact, around 78% of women struggle with the way they feel about their body by age 17 (National Organization for Women). When you’re in the thick of body image issues, it’s easy to feel like no one gets it.

That’s why we’ve created this group. Join me and Rachel Hickman, MS, RDN, LDN as we navigate through what body image means, how to find peace in the world around you, build community, and embrace a neutral way of thinking towards yourself and your body.
