I’m a therapist serving the states of Tennessee (online statewide; in person in the Middle Tennessee area) and North Carolina (online statewide). I encourage my clients as they navigate recognizing their strengths and shed perspective on ways to hone those. I believe that change is hard work, but possible. Realizing you need to bring change to your life requires courage and humility, which you’ve displayed by looking into your options.

In session, I utilize evidence based approaches to bring insight to your life. I also utilize humor when appropriate, as laughter is good for our souls. Outside of session, I am an avid concert go-er, Memphis Grizzlies fan, and amateur foodie. I enjoy spending time with my friends, going for walks, and cooking.

I work primarily with teens, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals (those with ADHD, Autsim, OCD, etc.). Alongside these groups, I work with individuals and families as they strive for progress in their journey. I practice in person in Green Hills and Franklin. If you’re interested in working together but are not in the Middle Tennessee ares, I serve clients through telehealth in the states of Tennessee and North Carolina.
